- Covid 19 restrictions
Currently we supply a free video meeting for every lesson booked through us. We recommend using this service to ensure your safety.
- What does it cost to advertise myself as a tutor?
Absolutely nothing. We take a small percentage (10%) of the tuition price which is paid by the student.
- Can I pay with Visa?
Visa & mastercard are accepted. However all payments must be made with GBP sterling
- When do I get paid for tuition?
Any bank account with Sort code and account number is accepted. We will send payment to your registered bank account at least 24 hours after the lesson has finished.
- How do I access the video meeting room?
You will receive a link via email 15 minutes before your lesson is due to start. Please check your spam folder if you do not get it.
- I want to report a problem with a lesson
If you have a problem regarding a recent lesson please raise a support ticket as soon as possible.Report a problem
- How do promotions work?
- Visit the tutor portal page
- Click on ‘Promotions’ tab to view the available promotions
- Select the promotions you want to enable.
- Any enabled promotions can be redeemed using the code on checkout
- Video meetings
- Video meetings run in your browser. Most modern browsers are supported (Chrome, firefox)
- Meetings are private and accessed using the provided meeting link.
- Meeting rooms are automatically opened 15 minutes before your scheduled lesson date and closed 15 minutes after your lesson ends.
- If you do not receive a meeting invite, please check your spam folder.

- Create your profile and give plenty of detail around your experience and expertise.
- Enable promotions from the tutor portal to get a head start on your competition.
- Respond to student enquiries and get a convenient time to book your lesson.
- Invite your student to a lesson using the quick and easy scheduling tool.
- Join the lesson by clicking the video meeting invite
